How to care for your upcycled boots:
Remove loose dirt:Use a soft brush to scrub off any dirt, dust, or mud. Remove laces for thorough cleaning.
Deep clean:For more stubborn dirt, use a leather cleaner or saddle soap with a damp cloth or brush, working it into a lather.
Rinse and dry:Rinse the boots with warm water to remove the soap and let them air dry completely. This can take up to 24 hours, so be patient. Do not use heat to speed up the drying process.
Step 2: Condition your boots
Apply conditioner:Once the boots are dry, apply a small amount of leather conditioner with a soft cloth, using gentle, circular motions. Apply it to all exterior leather surfaces.
Let it absorb:Allow the conditioner to soak into the leather for a few hours or overnight.
